Funding comes from the fees, and charity events held, and the village market.

 

Monthly Market

St Margarets Nursery Committee took over the organising and running of the market in 2003. St Margarets Nursery and After School Club is a non profit making charity and the market has been the main fundraising activity for the nursery. The nursery aims to keep its fees as low as possible for the benefit of the community and it has been able to do this with the help of the market.

 

The St Margarets Monthly Market, which is held on the last Friday of every month in the village hall, is run for the benefit of our nursery. Volunteers kindly run the market, performing tasks such as setting up, serving teas, running raffles, clearing away etc. If you, or any of your friends or family, are able to spare an hour or two on the last Friday of the month to lend a hand, then please contact the nursery and we can pass on your details.
